This page enables our valued QuestView customers, with a current support contract, to obtain an emergency authorization (license) code. If a form does not appear below (it takes up to 10 seconds on High-Speed), there may be a Grant Permission prompt needing a reply, or you may need to download and install the Java JRE (plugin). Your authorization code will be sent to the email address you specify below, along with installation instructions.
You can find your LPAR with the WRKVIEWINF command, and looking on the system information section of the screen, as shown here. If your AS/400 is too old to support LPARs, no LPAR information will be shown, and your LPAR will be 00.
